- Execute the safe and timely transportation of high-value boats and equipment to dealer networks, events, and boat shows.
- Expertly secure loads, rigorously performing mandatory pre- and post-trip inspections.

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the dispatch team and dealer contacts to ensure seamless, on-time delivery schedules.

Qualifications for Success:
- Valid AZ license with a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable long-haul and deck work experience.
- Ability and willingness to travel and be away from home for necessary, extended periods.
- Strong geographical knowledge of Eastern Canada; familiarity with Western Canada and U.S. routes is a strong asset.
- Proficient in the use of Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and committed to advanced, safe transport practices.
- Excellent physical condition, capable of heavy lifting, safely climbing ladders, and managing the physical demands of load securement.
- Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and maintains an impeccable standard of professionalism.
