Under general supervision, planning, managing, and overseeing the daily operation of the City of Bullhead City Marketplace, including but not limited to Bullhead Belle, The River Shop, Chaparral Golf Course & Restaurant, Community Park Operations, and Ramada Rentals. This position is responsible for providing lead direction to staff to ensure fast and friendly guest service, preparation of food and beverages, compliance with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards, following established food production programs and procedures, proper operation of the POS system, guest service, stocking merchandise, Golf Course operations and Ramada Rentals, and Community Park Operations.NOTE: This is a part-time position that will work no more than 29 hours per week. Schedule may consist of early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT IS 19 YEARS OF AGE.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/LICENSING & TRAINING
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/LICENSING & TRAINING EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED and two (2) years of related professional experience and one (1) year of lead/supervisory experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
LICENSING & TRAINING:
• Valid Driver's License• *Continued employment is contingent upon all required licenses and certificates being maintained in active status without suspension or revocation.

• Ensure high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available• Interact with guests, take orders, prepare and serve food and beverages as required• Prepare food according to item specifications as required
• Assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations based on knowledge of menu, product, and services provided
• Understand, direct, and plan for the needs of future productions and mass productions based on trends, historical data, seasonality, and guest headcount
• Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and hot/cold chain compliance
• Utilizes proper procedures in serving alcoholic beverages (by checking the identification of patrons prior to serving alcoholic beverages and verifying it meets legal drinking age and/or discontinuing service to intoxicated customers)
• Actively enforces compliance with all food and beverage regulations set by Mohave County Health Department and Arizona Department of Liquor and License Control, and other federal, state, and local regulations for proper food and beverage temperature, storage, handling, and serving alcoholic beverages
• Ensure restaurant inventory and supplies have been replenished and restocked
• Ensure inventory management guidelines are being followed by stocking and rotating inventory levels, and making necessary adjustments
• Perform the duties of cashier functions, including but not limited to establishing transactions with guests, issuing receipts, processing returns, completing daily deposits, and/or other duties assigned
• Ensures established cash handling procedures are followed. Accurately reconciles cash register sales with daily sales reports; prepares accounting reports for receipts and deposits as directed. Develops operational and financial data and creates reports for the Marketplace General Manager and the Marketplace Assistant General Manager
• Maintain strong communications with the Marketplace General Manager, the Marketplace Assistant General Manager, and co-workers
• Enforce rules and regulations as they pertain to the Marketplace
• Follow procedures for proper opening and closing of Bravo's Last Stop Shop, Bullhead Belle, and Ramada Rentals
• Monitors Ramada Rentals activities, including availability and occupancy
• Monitors Community Park Operations to ensure accuracy and occupancy levels
• Maintains positive professional and effective working relationships by providing exceptional customer service
• Monitors Golf Course tee times and operations
• Monitor Golf Cart rentals• Monitor Pro Shop
• Enforce rules and regulations as they pertain to the Golf Course
• Perform other duties as assigned
• KNOWLEDGE OF:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a variety of weather conditions, including extremely hot weather with temperatures reaching 118º-120º during the summer months. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud when outdoors at events.
