Part-Time French Instructor
The Modern Languages, Literatures, and Cultures Department at Goucher College invites applications for an adjunct/part-time instructor to teach one course in elementary French during the spring semester (2026). The Instructor will hold two office hours per week for students and teach one course that meets three times a week on a MWF schedule: FR 110 - 10h40-11h50. First consideration will be given to applications submitted by Dec. 15th, 2025 and will continue until the position is filled.
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree, preferably in teaching French as a foreign language or a related field
  • Previous college teaching experience
  • Native or near-native proficiency in French and English
  • Familiarity with the methodologies and technologies used in teaching French at the university level in North America.
  • Salary-$4,840
