Preschool Teacher on SR23

Growing Kids Learning Center on State Road 23 in Mishawaka/South Bend is seeking a Part Time Afternoon Early Childhood Teacher to join our passionate team. We've been family-owned since 1995, proudly serving Northern Indiana children from 6 weeks to elementary age. Our mission is simple: Protect, Educate, Inspire.

What You'll Do
  • Plan and lead fun, educational activities
  • Keep a safe, clean, and organized classroom
  • Support children's growth and milestones
  • Communicate with parents and families
  • Work as part of a collaborative teaching team

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1+ year of childcare experience (preferred)
  • Team-focused, proactive attitude
  • Must pass background check, drug screen, TB test, and physical
  • Able to lift 25lbs and stand for long periods
  • Able to be CPR certified for both infant and children

Schedule: Monday-Friday (no evenings or weekends!)
