Job description

Lead product analytics efforts supporting Alliant Credit Union. Serve as a strategic partner to product management by establishing measurement frameworks, delivering actionable insights, and translating data into recommendations that drive product strategy, member experience, growth, and portfolio performance. Lead cross-functional analytical initiatives, mentor analysts, and influence product roadmaps through advanced analysis, forecasting, opportunity sizing, and performance optimization.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead complex analyses across product portfolios to identify trends, member behaviors, growth opportunities, and performance risks.
  • Develop and maintain product measurement frameworks, KPI hierarchies, and success metrics aligned to business and member outcomes.
  • Partner with different teams to influence product strategy through analytics and insights.
  • Lead portfolio-level reporting and performance reviews, translating data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Design and evaluate experiments, pilots, and feature launches, including hypothesis development, success criteria, and post-launch performance measurement.
  • Develop forecasting models, opportunity sizing analyses, and business cases supporting roadmap prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Identify drivers of acquisition, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and product adoption across member segments.
  • Establish and govern product analytics standards, metric definitions, data quality processes, and reporting best practices.
  • Lead development and enhancement of dashboards, self-service reporting tools, and analytical capabilities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on product performance metrics, behavioral analytics, and product measurement methodologies.
  • Support initiatives requiring product analytics expertise and cross-product performance evaluation.

Education & Years of Experience

  • Minimum - 4 Years Bachelors Degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, Information Systems or related
  • Minimum - 7 Years of Analytics, product analytics, business intelligence, or related (financial services experience a plus)

In Lieu of Education

  • 10 Years of Analytics, product analytics, business intelligence, or related (financial services experience a plus)
  • License/Certifications/Training

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎ $92,600.00 to $144,100.00‎ Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
