Peerless Hospitality Concepts, a family-owned restaurant group with a rich history in Tennessee dating back to 1938, is seeking Food Runners & Bar Backs to for guest food service at our unique-concept, full-service, casual dining restaurant and bar, BURG'r & BARREL in a historic Johnson City location.  An additional full-service restaurant is slated to re-open by 2026 after renovations.

Responsibilities:  
  • Quickly and carefully deliver food with a smile to all guests
  • Ensure all food looks correct on the plate before delivery
  • Communicate with guests upon food delivery about their needs
  • Clean tables & floors to ensure restaurant cleanliness & order
  • Keep bar areas stocked with ice & glasses
  • Assist bartenders & bar guests
  • Stock bar beverages, change out draft beer kegs & keep bar areas clean
  • Take & distribute TOGO orders
