Your Purpose as a Receptionist:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional experience
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or team member, taking thorough messages when needed
  • Greet guests upon arrival, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
  • Communicate with all guests and callers in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner
  • Support the dealership team with other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
  • Customer service experience required
