Description and Requirements
CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, personable individual to execute a variety of merchandising and product services in Balls Food Group stores in the Kansas City metro area. We'll get you up to speed and work quickly with our online paid training and learning materials. This role is a great opportunity for an individual who is willing to learn and thrives individually but also works well in a team environment.

What You'll Do:
  • New item cut-ins and resets.
  • Gaining shelf placement by suggesting new and promotional items.
  • Reporting service visits, including uploading photos through a mobile application.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.

What We're Looking For:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be available Monday - Thursday, starting at 7 am. Fridays as needed.
  • Must have access and be comfortable using a smart device.
  • Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
  • Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Kansas City metro area.
  • Retail merchandising experience preferred.
