Job description

Major Food Group is now hiring part-time Food Runners to join our team at Sadelle's Coconut Grove!

Sadelleโ€™s is a modern ode to New Yorkโ€™s classic tradition of all-day dining. Since opening its first location in the heart of SoHo in 2016, the brand has reached iconic status thanks to its urbane, celebratory atmosphere and a menu of hits, including the best bagels in America.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Delivers food from kitchen and delivers to guests in an accurate and timely manner
  • Understands all menu offerings, food descriptions and ingredients and is able to verbalize to guests
  • Set tables appropriately to ensure guests have everything needed at each stage of service
  • Ensure expo and service station areas are organized and maintained
  • Maintains cleanliness of tables between courses and resets tables upon completion of meal
  • Assists front-of-house team with other duties as required or assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years working in a high volume, upscale restaurant preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
