Job Summary
LPN = $24.67 - $26.69 hourly or RN = $33.88 - $36.94 hourly
The City of Sioux Falls Health Department is accepting applications for a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). The LPN/RN will provide professional nursing care for clients in a clinic setting at Falls Community Health.
Duties include working as a member of the patient care team to provide patient centered care, assisting other clinical staff, scheduling specialty referrals, providing patient education, administering vaccines, assisting with medication refill requests and procedures, tracking and returning patient phone calls, and other clinical duties as needed. This is a non-benefitted position with the ability to work up to 28 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Minimum Qualifications
โ€ข Strong candidates will possess superior customer service skills, effective communication skills, and EMR experience.
โ€ข Must hold or be able to obtain State of South Dakota Board of Nursing Certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse prior to hire.
