Salary: $40-55 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide respiratory care consulting services to healthcare facilities. This role is ideal for a knowledgeable respiratory professional who enjoys education, quality improvement, and helping healthcare teams improve respiratory care delivery.

The Respiratory Therapist Consultant will work with facility leadership and clinical teams to evaluate respiratory care practices, provide recommendations, educate staff, and support compliance with best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite respiratory care consulting support to healthcare facilities.

  • Review respiratory care practices, policies, and procedures.

  • Assess respiratory therapy needs and recommend improvements.

  • Provide education and training to nursing and clinical staff.

  • Support proper use of respiratory equipment, including oxygen therapy, nebulizers, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilator-related care.
