  • Part-Time RN for Skilled Nursing Rehab - NOC shift (10pm-6:30am) Wednesday-Friday
    *Shift differentials: $1 eve, $4 NOC, $3 weekend

    Responsibilities
    • Coordinate management of client's outpatient mental health benefits
    • under PHP for persons assigned to primary caseload including monitoring of individual treatment plans and achievement of treatment goals.
    • Assist in establishing and implementing procedures for medication storage, reordering, administration and client compliance.
    • Administer medications as directed. Observe for effectiveness and side effects.
    • Perform routine assessment of physical complaints; monitor ongoing medical problems and make client referrals for medical emergencies and routine follow-ups.
    • Maintain and enhance customer service to ensure that both external and internal customers of the facility have a positive experience.
    • Comply with all state WAC requirements and facility policies and procedures.
    • Ensure assigned staff complies with all state WAC requirements and facility policies and procedures.
    • Perform facility charting requirements, correspondence, SALs and other paperwork in a complete and timely manner.
    • Perform all other nursing duties as assigned.

Requirements
Required Qualifications (Certificates and Licenses)
  • Nursing degree from an accredited program
  • An active RN license in Washington State or Multistate License
  • Current CPR certificate (facility can provide)

Equivalent experience is not accepted in place of required education.
