Department: Recovery

Schedule: Day | Part - Time weekends only

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Deliver patient care in accordance with organizational policies and protocols, while accurately noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders.

  • Implement and adapt individualized patient care plans while continuously observing, recording, and communicating changes in patient condition.

  • Act as the primary coordinator across all medical disciplines to deliver well-managed, holistic care throughout the patient's stay.

  • Assess, anticipate, and coordinate patient post-care and discharge needs in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board ofNursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
