COMMUNITY BRIDGES IS GROWING - JOIN OUR TEAM!$1,000 Sign-On Bonus Bring your nursing skills to a role that makes a lasting difference! We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries throughout our community.This is an opportunity to step outside the traditional hospital or clinical setting and build meaningful relationships with individuals you support. As part of our team,  you'll have:- A flexible schedule that supports family and personal needs (Monday-Friday with no weekends!)- The opportunity to work alongside an experienced RN who will provide hands-on training and support- The chance to develop specialized skills through completing the Nurse Trainer Certification provided by the Department of Health and Human Services- Opportunities to educate and empower caregivers through medication and health-related training What You'll Do:- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide clear guidance and support to caregivers- Demonstrate a genuine desire to work with individuals who experience developmental disabilities- Train staff on proper care, medication oversight, and respond to medical-related questions- Provide oversight and review of nursing documentation- Complete the Nurse Trainer Certification through the Department of Health and Human Services- Provide classroom training on medication administration for new hires and medication training renewals What We're Looking For:- A Registered Nurse with a current New Hampshire RN license- At least 2 years of licensed nursing experience- A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team- Someone who finds purpose helping others live healthier, more independent lives- Curiosity and willingness to learn - we're happy to teach you about developmental disability nursing if it's new to you! Compensation & Benefits:Pay Range: $33.65–$40.86 per hour- Robust and affordable benefits package- Employer-matched 403(b) retirement plan- Flexible work schedule- Full training and ongoing learning opportunities Come join our dedicated care team and make a meaningful difference in your community!
