Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Nurse to join ourcaregiving team! In this role, you will work alongside our primary nurse team,with our 34+ residents in our high acuity assisted living apartments or 63memory care apartments. Occasionally, you may be asked to assist in ourassisted living or independent living plus apartments.
What You'll Do
  • Responsible for the supervision of the ResidentCare Assistants regarding distribution and documentation of medications,treatments and side effects of medications,
  • Ensure residents receive proper care andtreatment, that their health and safety are protected and promoted and thattheir rights are respected
  • Ensure staff have proper training and competencyto perform their duties, physical and behavioral assessments of residents,creation and maintenance of Individual Service Plans utilizing staff input,maintaining compliance with DHS 83 & DHS 89, Eagle Crest South Programstatements, and Bethany Lutheran Homes policies and procedures

What You'll Need
  • Must be currently licensed to practice in theState of Wisconsin as either a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Experience working in assisted living, long-termcare and/or community health is beneficial, but not required-We will train theright fit for our team!
  • Must have demonstrated interest ingerontological nursing including rehabilitative and restorative clinicalpractices, diabetic care, memory care and end of life care
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving recordrequired for some nurse positions

Our Wages
  • Starting wage for Licensed Practical Nurses isbetween $31.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
  • Starting range for Registered Nurses is between$39.50+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
