Position Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide and oversee high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and effective treatment. You will also serve as a leader within the care team, supporting staff and maintaining clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and supervise direct patient care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
  • Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
