Job Title: Part-Time Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: White Oak of Rock Hill — Rock Hill, SC
Employment Type: Part-Time, Wednesday and Thursday (8 hour shifts)

White Oak of Rock Hill is a 141bed skilled nursing center located a short drive from Piedmont Medical Center. We provide longterm nursing care and shortterm rehabilitation in a dedicated rehab wing. Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, detailoriented Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills and a genuine desire to make a personal impact on residents’ lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound care treatments according to facility policies and physician orders  
- Perform wound assessments, documentation, and treatment (including dressing changes, debridement as allowed by scope of practice, and pressure injury prevention)  
- Monitor resident progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed  
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and comply with all regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Graduate of a stateapproved school of nursing  
- Current, active RN license in South Carolina required  
- Prior wound care experience preferred but not required; strong clinical assessment skills essential  
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving abilities  
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Hours
- Parttime schedule, Monday–Friday. Specific hours assigned by the Director of Nursing based on business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a state approved school of Nursing. Current and active RN license in the state of residence. Must be in good physical and mental health and must be kind, considerate, understanding and enjoy working with elderly people. Must possess skills necessary for acting as charge nurse or Supervisor on a given unit, when assigned. Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel.

Job involves mostly standing. The worker is subject to hazards 1% to 9% of the time. Hazards include closeness of moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, heights, extreme temperatures, and hazardous and/or infectious materials.

Special equipment is worn by the worker 20% to 29% of the time as protection from elements on the job (i.e., disposable gloves, mask with or without eye shield).
