Our agency is looking for Registered Nurses. A successful candidate will possess a high level of compassion and empathy and will enjoy working in a face-to-face environment. RN responsibilities include providing medical, non medical, physical and emotional support, as well as teaching families about health-related issues and preventing disease.

Responsibilities:

Provide care to patients in their homes.

Provide medical treatment to patients under the direction of a doctor or registered nurse.

Prepare drugs and medications according to doctors' orders.

Monitor patient's condition and vital signs.

Adhere to infection control measures.

Monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

Restore patients to health using physical therapy exercises, rehabilitative therapy, or massage therapy.

Assist with transporting patients to appointments using transportation equipment such as wheelchairs or ambulances.

Attend school with our patients that learn outside of the home setting.
