Affirmed Home Care | New Jersey

Are you a Registered Nurse seeking flexible, per diem work that is meaningful, well-compensated, and patient-focused? Affirmed Home Care, New Jersey’s premier concierge private home care agency, is currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional one-on-one care in patients’ homes. 

We are actively staffing specialized RN cases throughout Bergen County, including surrounding towns.


About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, confident Registered Nurses with experience in ICU, Med-Surg, Emergency Department, or Home Care settings. Assignments include shift-based cases and RN visit opportunities, depending on availability and clinical experience.


Compensation
  • $55/hour (shift cases)

  • $125 per RN visit

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience (acute care or home care)

  • Active New Jersey RN license

  • Current BLS certification

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)

  • Physical exam within the last year

  • PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)

  • MMR immunization within the last 10 years

  • Proof of current flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
