Customer Service Representative (Evenings Closing)
Part-Time | Golds Gym British Columbia

Golds Gym is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for evening closing shifts, with strong potential for growth. If youre outgoing, reliable, and passionate about fitness and customer experience, wed love to connect.
About the Role

  • Schedule: 34 days per week (1224 hours)
  • Availability: Must be available MONDAYS / FRIDAYS / SATURDAYS - evening closing shifts
  • Commitment: No extended travel/time off during the first 4 months
What Were Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience (required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience with cash handling and POS systems
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation or ability to commute easily
  • First Aid certification (asset)
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk operations during evening closing shifts
