Job Title: Evenings Janitorial Floater
**MUST LIVE IN MONTGOMERY, CHESTER, OR BUCKS COUNTY TO BE CONSIDERED**
CORPORATE CLEANING GROUP IS SEEKING A PART-TIME OPERATIONS FLOATER WILLING TO TRAVEL TO MULTIPLE FACILITIES IN MONTGOMERY, CHESTER, BUCKS, & PHILADELPHIA
CORPORATE CLEANING GROUP CLEANS HEATHCARE FACILITIES, CHURCHES, OFFICES, SURGERY CENTERS, AND SCHOOLS
Monday - Friday / Shift times start after 5:00pm
Shifts are 2-4 hours per night / 15-20 hours per week.
PAY: STARTING at $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION & VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. LIVE IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY. PAID TRAVEL TIME BETWEEN FACILITIES.
Position Purpose: To learn and understand various cleaning positions within a territory to cover a cleaning shift for call-outs, open jobs, and/or scheduled days off.
Major Job Functions:
  • Learn CCG Cleaning Systems Core Values
  • Responsibe for multiple facilities within a designated area
  • Cover cleaning shifts
  • Detail work at facilities
  • Train new cleaners on CCG cleaning systems
  • Work with existing employees as needed
  • Perform nightly cleaning inspections
  • Perform and document monthly cleaning inspections using our Lighthouse application
  • Help with start-up accounts
  • Assist with floor care projects as needed

Other Job Duties:
  • Restock locations with cleaning supplies
  • Perform weekly/monthly detailing at your facilitites
  • Report equipment issues
  • Support other territories as needed
  • Opportunities to pick up extra hours at other locations

Requirements:
  • Ability to travel to multiple facilities using own vehicle with valid driver's license.
  • Flexible schedule with ability to cover shifts at last minute
  • Excellent work ethic and customer service
  • Superior attendance and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift/move garbage bags and recycling boxes and push/roll recycling bins.
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
  • Dependable, Positive, Reliable, and Team Orientated
  • Commercial janitorial cleaner, team lead, or supervisor experience required
