Financial Advisor Clerical Support – Part-Time

Location: Federal Way, WA

Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time | 12-24 hours per week

Work Setting: In Office Only

SmartTalent is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Financial Advisor Clerical Support professional to provide part-time administrative and project support within a financial advisory and education services office in Federal Way.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and interested in the financial services and investment industry. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to handle sensitive client information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

·Update and maintain client information within the CRM system

·Assist with client documentation and broker-dealer updates

·Retrieve and organize client statements and records

·Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems

·Assist with financial-services-related administrative projects

·Prepare and update documents, correspondence, and client information

·Provide general clerical and office support as needed

·Maintain strict confidentiality when handling client and financial information

·Complete additional administrative projects as assigned

Qualifications

·High school diploma or equivalent

·Must be at least 18 years of age

·Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred

·Financial services, banking, investment, insurance, or related experience is highly desirable
