Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Suites Supervisors to join our team at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. As a Suites Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing an exemplary guest experience.

What will you do?
  • Coordinate with chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
  • Oversee and direct suite runners to complete necessary tasks throughout the match
  • Assist suite runners with using the POS and completing transactions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations
  • Oversee inventory and create orders based on par levels
  • Assist with the hiring, training, and development of suite team members
  • Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
  • Previous knowledge of POS Systems preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine
  • An eye for detail
  • Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years old
