Job description

Job Title: Part-time Evening Field Manager 

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a Part-time Field Manager in the Northland area of Kansas City metro.

This opportunity will manage daytime and/or evening shifts. Hours will be anywhere from 10-20/week to start with opportunites for increasing available.

Pay is: $20/hr plus monthly revenue sharinng.

Includes mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for the cleaners.

  • Checking timekeeping system to confirm cleaners are present. Also updating timekeeping system.

  • Dropping off supplies at the facilities.

  • Arranging coverage for absences.

  • Inspections of facilities.

  • Responsible for covering shifts if all back up options are exhausted.

  • Ensure that cleaners stay within budgeted hours for their facility.

  • Responsible for ensuring cleaners complete and submit cleaning checklists.

Requirements:

  • Manager experience
  • Available for calls and texts during the day
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Team oriented, also can complete tasks alone
  • Have an excellent work ethic and an eye for detail
  • Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and move items around 10 pounds

Cleaning experience is strongly preferred.
