Duties

  • Inspects and evaluates security officers for appearance, alertness, and proper performance.
  • Communicate company policies and procedures to all staff. Respond immediately to open shifts.
  • Assist with complaints from clients.
  • Assist with Investigations of accidents, thefts, and other unlawful activities.
  • Able to work extended hours.
  • Able to represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Must maintain satisfactory attendance and performance throughout employment as a Field Supervisor.
  • Inspect and replace equipment used by the security officers.
  • Must become knowledgeable of AGS and customers' expectations and ensure security officer compliance of such policies and procedures.
  • Must be able and willing to stand post at client locations on an as-needed basis due to emergencies or as extra support.

Requirements

  • 2 years security Supervisor experience
  • No points on driving record in the past 36 months
  • Computer Literate
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays, as requested
  • Ability to deal with internal and external customers.
  • Supervise accounts
