Job description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Shift Lead to support daily operations, lead team members, provide an exceptional guest experience, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. This role will assist with customer service, order preparation, point-of-sale transactions, shift coordination, stocking, cleaning, food safety, cash handling, and other operational duties in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Part-Time Shift Lead Responsibilities
  • Lead and support team members during assigned shifts to ensure efficient, friendly, and professional service.

  • Open, operate, and close the work location according to company procedures and shift requirements.

  • Assign workstations, coordinate breaks, monitor staffing needs, and adjust team responsibilities during busy periods.

  • Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and assist with menu or product selections.

  • Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process cash, credit, debit, and other transactions.

  • Prepare, assemble, package, or serve products according to company recipes, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Monitor order accuracy, product quality, presentation, service speed, and guest satisfaction.

  • Respond to guest questions and concerns, resolve issues when appropriate, and escalate complex matters to the manager on duty.

  • Follow and reinforce food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company operating procedures.
