Associate General Dentist - Raleigh, NC
Confidential, Doctor-Led Private Group | Part-Time with Growth Path | No Partnership Track
Step into a high-performing, modern private practice in Raleigh, North Carolina with strong systems, excellent support, and the autonomy you want to practice comprehensive dentistry the right way. This is a true associate role (no partnership/ownership track) with a predictable 2-3 day/week schedule and a clear runway to grow.
Schedule
  • Part-Time: 2-3 days per week
  • Option to grow to full-time within 12 months
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
  • Preferred schedule: Wednesday-Friday
Compensation & Employment Options
  • 30%-32% of Collections (tiered)
  • 99% RCM / Collections Rate
  • Daily Guarantee for first 90 days (negotiable)
  • W-2 or 1099 options
  • No lab or supply fees when using preferred vendors

  • Lab Fab
  • Implant system will be purchased (planned: Straumann Neodent)
• Ideal Candidate
  • DDS/DMD (licensed or eligible) in North Carolina
  • Confident in restorative dentistry and surgery
  • Interest and experience in Endo and Implants strongly preferred
  • Strong communicator, team-oriented, and committed to building continuity of care with a loyal patient base
