Part-Time Family Nurse Practitioner – SSM Health Urgent Care - St. Charles, MO

SSM Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Urgent Care team in St. Charles.  This part-time role offers a fast-paced, supportive environment where you'll make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our community.

Position Highlights:

  • Schedule: 2x12-hour shifts/week (variable), open M–F 8a–8p
  • Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekend
  • Call Requirement: 2 days every 4 weeks (as needed)
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + shift differential
  • Support:  Strong teamwork, and excellent support staff

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (accredited program)
  • Licensure: Current/unrestricted NP license in Missouri (or willingness to obtain)
  • Certification: Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care or Primary Care in a fast-paced setting; confident in treating acute illnesses/injuries (e.g., URIs, lacerations, sprains, fractures)
