Part-Time Group Fitness Instructor
Cave Creek, AZ

We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic, and knowledgeable Group Fitness Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis. Our ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals reach their health and wellness goals, can lead with confidence, and has a solid understanding of exercise technique and biomechanics.
Class Format:
- 30-minute group fitness classes
- Strength, HIIT, and Recovery sessions
- Up to 25 participants per class
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct safe, effective, and engaging group classes
- Clearly demonstrate and explain proper form and technique
- Motivate and encourage participants of all fitness levels
- Provide modifications when necessary, especially for older adult populations
- Create a positive, interactive, and supportive class environment
Requirements:
- Prior group fitness instruction experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of biomechanics and exercise science
- Comfortable working with older adults and diverse fitness levels
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
