Description
The City of Walker is looking to hire a part-time Certified Personal Trainer for the Walker Ice & Fitness Center. The Certified Personal Trainer will provide one on one training in a professional manner, be responsible for building a strong relationship with members and growing and maintaining a solid client base for personal training. Position may involve early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Perform a variety of duties based on the customer service needs of the facility. The selected applicants must have a professional and friendly approach to establishing working relationships with members, guests, and co-workers at all levels.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a High School Diploma and minimum 1-year personal training experience. Must hold a personal training certificate (NASM, ACSM, or ACE,). Exercise Science Degree a plus. Must be CPR and Emergency First Aid certified. Qualities for the ideal candidate should include reliability, friendly, detail oriented, and excellent communication skills.
