As a Part-Time Teller in Rogers, AR, you will play a vital role in building, maintaining, and deepening relationships with both consumer and business customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service that reflects our commitment to customer-centricity and stewardship. WHAT ARE THE DUTIES?

  • Transaction Processing: Accurately processes a high volume of consumer and business financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and the issuance of negotiable instruments.
  • Cash Management & Vault Operations: Maintains responsibility for cash drawer balancing and assists with vault operations, including daily opening/closing, balancing currency and coin, and processing shipments.
  • Relationship Management: Builds and deepens customer relationships by providing exceptional service, resolving issues with initiative, and identifying opportunities to suggest relevant bank products and services.
  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Adheres to all bank policies, procedures, and federal regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), to ensure the safety, soundness, and audit readiness of the branch.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of bank offerings, fees, and internal processes to provide accurate information and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Performs essential branch duties such as answering phones, directing callers, maintaining files, and handling basic clerical tasks like copying and faxing.

This part-time role is scheduled for 18-20 hours per week

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS – candidates must have these to be considered for this role:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One or more years of customer service.
  • Ability to perform the essential physical and mental demands listed.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to bank locations if necessary.
