Job description

We are seeking professional, reliable, and motivated Event Ambassadors to join our team.
This is a contract-based, part-time position supporting a wide range of internal and external events. Ambassadors ensure exceptional guest experiences, represent the brand with professionalism, and assist in the seamless execution of event operations.
As an Event Ambassador, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experience, maintaining brand standards & supporting event execution. Flexibility, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential to success in this role. Event Ambassadors are engaged on an as-needed basis and scheduled based on availability and event fit.
Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience & Hospitality
    • Serve as the welcoming face at events during guest check-in and throughout event activation
    • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional interactions with guests
    • Answer guest questions and help ensure an elevated experience for all attendees
  • Event Execution Support
    • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including unloading and packing materials
    • Support event-day logistics including managing guest lists, distributing materials & tracking participation
    • Ensure brand standards are upheld through every guest touchpoint
    • Monitor event flow and escalate guest concerns or operational issues appropriately
  • Operational Duties
    • Fulfill assigned event-day tasks efficiently and independently
    • Maintain awareness of the event timeline and responsibilities
    • Collaborate with team members and event leads to ensure seamless execution

Scheduling and Availability
  • This role is contract-based (1099) and scheduled based on your availability
  • Event shifts are shared in advance through a shared calendar & signup system
  • Ambassadors opt in to events they are available and suited for
  • Shifts may occur on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to work across multiple event roles and formats is required

Requirements
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of event ambassador or hospitality experience
  • On-site event experience with audiences ranging from 10 to 500 guests
  • Ability to engage with diverse audiences in a friendly, professional manner
  • Experience with vendor coordination, raffles, surveys, or guest activations is a plus
  • Proven ability to adapt and solve problems in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • High energy, positive attitude, and commitment to exceptional service
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must be willing to undergo pre-hire checks including Background and drug screen

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
  • Exposure to heat, weather changes, and other outdoor elements is common
  • Must be able to perform duties during varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, or wind
