What you will have an opportunity to do:

• The Starter/Ranger is responsible for professional guest interaction and will thrive in guest service, helpfulness, and kindness on the golf course.

  • Perform all duties in a professional manner

  • Operate cart in a safe manner

  • Monitor play on golf course

  • Enforce course rules

  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule due to business levels and industry demand.

  • Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Give clear and concise directions to various locations in the resort

  • Answer guest questions using excellent customer service skills

  • Must be well groomed, with nametag on at all times while working on the property.

  • Must be well-mannered, display a helpful attitude at all times, greet guests when encountered, show appreciation to the guest for being at the resort, show willingness to help guests and employees at all times.

  • Provide assistance in other job classifications as determined necessary by immediate superior.

What are we looking for?

• • Customer service experience preferred.

  • Must have good organization skills.

  • Ability to communicate easily with members and guests.

  • Must be able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be physically able to bend, stoop, and lift repeatedly throughout the day.

  • Standing or walking for long periods of time may be required

  • Position requires full attendance of scheduled hours

  • Enthusiastic, outgoing attitude and personality, patient and non-combative

  • Organized, able to work in a busy environment where the priorities are changing

  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance

  • Required to spend most of the time out
