License/Certification/Registration
Must hold current certification in Epic Radiant (Radiology Module)- must be active
Education:
*Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a related area may substitute for degree
Experience:
*5+ years experience in hospital/clinic healthcare setting with experience supporting an EHR, related applications, and integrated workflows.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
*Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare and/or financial software applications
*Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with physicians, nurses and various other hospital staff.
*Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing with all levels of associates and management.
*Knowledge of analytical processes and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to evaluate business user needs against current system capabilities.
*Ability to accurately and effectively translate business requirements to high-level system specifications.
*Familiarity in the use of Microsoft Window products (Word, Excel, Access and Project) or equivalent.
*Aptitude for learning new software tools and products.
*Familiarity with the software development cycle.

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee's scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
