Description

Position Overview: The role of the HSE Intern - Operations is to provide administrative support for the Operations team based on current projects.

Location: Waterford, WI

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (Temporary)

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • LO/TO Safety Project (including use of MS Word and the Brady Label Maker)
  • Prepare logically structured documentation and take pictures to document the processes
  • Create detailed work instructions using a standardized template focusing in the Tumbling & EP department
  • Update work instructions as necessary when processes change or new processes are introduced.
  • Verify suppliers and vendors in Disaster Recovery are still applicable
  • Design the HSE calendar
  • Clearly communicate with all operations teams
  • Comply with applicable laws and ATS policies.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
