St. Mary's University of San Antonio, a private, Catholic and Marianist university invites applications for a part-time instructor (term) position in the Department of Environmental Science & Sustainability beginning January 2027. We are seeking a professional with experience working in the discipline of environmental policy and regulation to teach a 3-semester hour class titled ES 3320 - Environmental Policy and Regulation. The course is required for all Environmental Science majors and will be offered during the Spring 2027 semester.Qualifications:MS in Environmental Science with experience working with Environmental Assessment and regulatory compliance, or JD with experience working with Environmental LawsExperience teaching undergraduates at the university level preferredResponsibilities:Teach one evening section of an Environmental Policy and Regulation courseContribute to the University's Marianist educational mission (https://marianistuniversities.org/)About the DepartmentThe Department of Environmental Science & Sustainability (https://www.stmarytx.edu/academics/department/environmental-science-sustainability/)currently employs 3 full-time faculty and two adjunct faculty.
