HireCare Services is hiring compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities in Maidens, VA and surrounding communities.

This is a part-time position offering flexible scheduling, hands-on clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Job Responsibilities:

As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:

  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions

  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA

  • Support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas

  • Collect accurate behavioral data during sessions

  • Communicate progress with your supervising BCBA

  • Complete timely and accurate session documentation

  • Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families

Qualifications:
  • Active RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification (training provided)

  • Entry-level applicants welcome for BT roles

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule:
  • Part-time positions only

  • Afternoon and after-school availability (Monday–Friday)

  • Occasional weekend hours available if desired

  • Approximately 15–25 hours per week based on availability and caseload

Compensation:
