In-Home ABA Therapy | Entry-Level Opportunity for Spanish Speakers
Amigo Care ABA is looking for compassionate and motivated individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), especially within the Latino community. If you are passionate about helping others and interested in a rewarding career in behavioral therapy, we would love to hear from you.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Position Type: Part-Time | In-Home Services
Location: Reisterstown, MD
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Start Your Career in ABA - No Experience Required
We provide paid training and hands-on support to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes
  • Follow behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
  • Collect and document session data accurately
  • Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
  • Collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure consistency and progress
  • Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, education, social work, child development, or related field
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • Reliable transportation required (rideshare services not accepted)
  • Passion for working with children and making a positive impact
  • Professional, patient, dependable, and compassionate

Work Location:
In-person | Client homes in the Reisterstown area
