As an MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (DATA ANALYST), you will identify, collect, and analyze data, perform data extracts, and conduct analysis, briefing results to stakeholders and generating reports and dashboards.Qualifications:The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 08/17/2026.
Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 08/17/2026.
GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the all of the following duties:
  • Performing a variety of analytical studies or projects related to management improvement, administrative workflow improvement, internal controls, or long-range planning.
  • Strategizing and leading the development of automated reports, user stories, or data visualization using multiple data management systems and data visualization tools to support the agency's goals.
  • Providing advisory services, technical advice, and data analysis to senior leadership or providing recommendations regarding interpretation of data for analytical deliverables.
  • Collaborating with staff at varying levels on the development of dashboard and reporting requirements or briefing findings to senior leadership.
