We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Administrative Assistant to support our community management operations. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoys helping people and working in a team environment. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by handling a range of administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to residents and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with homeowners, vendors, and team members
  • Compose and process letters, notices, and other correspondence to homeowners

  • Assist with preparing and processing mass mailings
