Job description

Professional Services Group is looking for dedicated mental health therapists to join our team at our Kenosha WI clinic.
We are a community-based social services organization that fulfills its mission of helping individuals and families achieve their greatest potential through dynamic and innovative programming. JOB SUMMARY:
We are hiring a mental health therapist to provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Clients are referred from a variety of sources, including Comprehensive Community Services (CCS). Services may include individual, family, and couples therapy.
We provide group supervision/consultation and hire fully licensed therapists, as well as those working towards licensure. Part-time therapists are paid for all hours worked, including supervision and other clinical training opportunities. To see a list of upcoming trainings, click .
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF OUR MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST:
  • Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, and build meaningful relationships to support clients' journeys.
  • Complete intake assessments to inform diagnostic impressions.
  • Collaboratively develop treatment plans that guide recovery, meet clients where they are, and reflect their strengths.
  • Maintain thorough clinical documentation that complies with clinic policies and licensure standards.
  • Actively participate in supervision by presenting your own cases and providing support and feedback to colleagues.
  • Maintain ethical standards and professional excellence.
  • Coordinate and maintain communication with other treatment team members.

LOCATION: This position will be hybrid with in-person sessions at our Kenosha clinic and virtual/remote sessions, as requested by clients.
SCHEDULE: The schedule for our therapists is part-time and quite flexible. Hours will vary during our typical clinic hours from 8:00am-6:00pm and will include some after school/evening hours to accommodate client schedules.

SALARY: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour for therapist with in-training license
$25.00 to $30.00 per hour for fully licensed therapist, depending on experience and licensure.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • All applicants must possess a Master's Degree and licensure to provide therapy in the State of Wisconsin, such as a Wisconsin LPC, LPC-IT, APSW, or LCSW or be eligible to obtain one.
