We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Emergency department.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide professional nursing care to patients, including comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing care, incorporating teaching, counseling, and direct physical care.
  • Evaluate patient responses and progress toward outcomes to adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Offer reassurance and support to families, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Contribute to a compassionate care environment through your dedication, expertise, and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and experience:

  • ADN/BSN degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school of nursing or diploma in nursing required
  • Minimum 1 year experience is preferred

Licensure, registration and certification:

  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kansas
  • Certification in CPR/Basic Life Support
