The Assistant Health Screener will work in the HR designated area to assist the Health Screener conduct post-offer assessments and other health-related screenings. This person will ONLY screen new hires and will not at any time treat or care for employee injuries.

Job Functions and DutiesNO.Representative Duties1Perform vision and hearing tests.2Take blood pressure reading before and after agility and other physical tests.3Observe and evaluate agility testing based on company standards and requirements.4Complete and record all required pre-employment screening paperwork.5Refer any concerning medical conditions to a higher-level medical provider for evaluation.6Other duties as assigned.7Nothing in the position description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. QualificationJob RequirementsLanguageLanguages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and/or Spanish. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership, and customers.ExperienceSufficient healthcare experience ,Pre-Hospital and emergent care .EducationMust have a current Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) license. Also required to keep current or a Medical Assistant Certificate.Physical ConditionThis is an office job serving in the company's HR office, which requires a mix of sitting and standing. Safety requirements including safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots when entering the production floor.Other RequirementsMATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
