Job Description
HII Mission Technologies delivers advanced solutions that support national security and defense priorities. This part-time ServiceNow Developer role sits within our Cyber and Intelligence division, contributing to enterprise-level security and modernization across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, facilities, and personnel operations.
The selected candidate will support a high-impact government program, enhancing and securing mission-critical systems through effective ServiceNow development and integration.
Software Development Analyst 4: $145,000 - $210,000
Sofware Development Analyst 5: $175,000 - $240,000
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software
  • Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards.
  • Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system.
  • Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections

Minimum Qualifications
Software Development Analyst 4 - 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
Software deelopment Analyst 5 - 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions, Flow Designer / Workflow.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Experience working within Agile development environments.
  • Ability to support ITSM-based implementations and platform configuration.
  • Experience with custom application development
  • Clearance: TS/SCI clearance is required to start with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
