The Operations Coordinator plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of the regional offices. They are the point of contact and handle a wide variety of customer support tasks. The OC is responsible for processing requests, distributing mail and producing basic reports to support other EVS roles in their region. They support the CRS and also act as the primary liaison for on-site support and with technology support at the regional office level.

We are looking for a Bilingual Operations Coordinator. This position requires being in the office 4 days a week from the office in Pointe Claire, QC.

Primary Duties:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for dealing with clients at the front desk, on the phone and through the general email inbox
  • Provide support in the office for mailings, faxes and emails, as well as general oversight (multi-function devices, supplies, troubleshooting, PRA, fire safety plan, communications with the building manager, etc.)
  • Provide support to staff and advisors with onboarding and termination processes (keys, badges, security access requests, setup, offices)
  • Provide general business support (forms, inquiries, finding an advisor)
  • Manage the continuing education unit process (certificates, mailing, file, etc.)
  • Produce basic reports for management and the team as required
  • Provide general support for activities taking place in the office

What You Will Do bring:

  • Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.
  • Post-secondary degree
  • Understand the operations of a sales organization
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Ability to learn new technologies
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for establishing strong collaborative relationships with multiple business partners at the regional and national levels
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English)
  • Respond quickly to customer and business partner requests with tact, courtesy and patience
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach, showing initiative towards process improvement and individual development
  • Possess a strong sense of organization as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Have the ability to work well within a diverse team and a strong aptitude for independent work
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally the external

The base salary for this position is between $38,700 - $52,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
