We are presently accepting applications for the following position.
GREETING ATTENDANT (PART-TIME) 10-MONTHS
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Experience in a school settling, preferred
  • Pleasant demeanor and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use technology efficiently such as a computer, two-way radio, video monitors, control access systems, electronic surveillance equipment and other devices as deemed necessary
  • Ability to communicate effectively with administrators, staff, students and school community

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greets and verifies visitors upon entry into the building
  • Confirms appointments with district staff via portable radio or telephone
  • Registered visitors and confirms identity
  • Responds to visitors' questions
  • Accepts student/staff drop -off and pick up with office staff
  • Assists with emergency procedures when necessary

This is a desk position.
Hourly Rate: $16.50/per hour
Hours: 20 hours/week
This is a part time position which does not include benefits.
