Job description

Do you enjoy creating communications that help business audiences stay informed, connected, and engaged? Are you energized by turning feedback and performance insights into meaningful improvements?

As a Partner program communications manager, you'll play a key role in launching and supporting a new partner program for a global B2B tech company. You'll lead communications and a monthly newsletter for a variety of partner audiences, build scalable feedback processes, and help shape how partners experience the program from day one. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll transform ideas, data, and feedback into communications and recommendations that strengthen partner engagement and support long-term program success.

This role is an Embedded Consultant position, meaning you'll sit directly with the client team to provide hands-on support and be contracted by 2A Works. This is a remote, part-time contract engagement with a target start date of September 15, 2026. The role is expected to average 25-30 hours per week during the initial launch phase. As the global partner program becomes established in 2027, weekly hours may decrease based on business needs and program priorities.

Because the client organization is headquartered in Europe and collaborates across global teams, this role requires availability during Eastern Time business hours.

Although you'll complete your work in collaboration with the client team, you'll also have a dedicated team at 2A Works supporting you throughout your engagement. We'll check in regularly, help you navigate everything from onboarding to contract renewals, and provide opportunities for professional development and connection with other consultants.

What's unique about this role
  • Join a collaborative, supportive team that values kindness, trust, and working together to solve problems
  • Help shape communications and engagement strategies for a new global partner program where your ideas and recommendations will have a visible impact
  • Work across marketing, partner, and business teams while building relationships with stakeholders around the world
  • Grow alongside an evolving program with opportunities to influence communications, processes, and the overall partner experience
What you'll do
  • Lead the end-to-end production of monthly newsletters for global partner audiences
  • Coordinate content intake across internal stakeholders and manage the editorial calendar
  • Partner with a creative agency to develop and maintain newsletter templates that support a consistent global partner experience
  • Develop executive-level communications tailored for strategic partner audiences
  • Manage newsletter distribution and maintain communication templates and processes
  • Measure the effectiveness of partner communications through engagement metrics, feedback, and performance reporting
  • Analyze communication results and recommend improvements that increase engagement and effectiveness
  • Design and manage a scalable framework for collecting feedback from partners and regional teams
  • Organize and synthesize feedback into recurring insights and actionable recommendations
  • Support additional partner communications, enablement, reporting, dashboards, and engagement initiatives as the program evolves
Skills and qualifications - need to have
  • Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours
  • At least 4 years of experience supporting B2B communications, partner programs, customer marketing, internal communications, or related business functions
  • Strong writing, editing, and content curation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
  • Experience creating polished communications for executive stakeholders
  • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Experience analyzing communication performance metrics and translating findings into actionable recommendations
  • Experience using surveys, feedback tools, voice-of-customer programs, or similar methods to collect and organize insights
Skills and qualifications - nice to have
  • Experience working within a global technology company or supporting global cross-functional teams
  • Experience supporting global partner, channel, or reseller programs
  • Familiarity with newsletter platforms, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools
  • Experience developing dashboards or reporting that communicates program performance
$8,000 - $8,500 a month

Compensation: $8,000-8,500 per month during the initial phase of the engagement. Compensation may be adjusted if hours change during the course of the engagement.

This engagement is on a 1099 basis and does not include benefits.
