Blu Water Brew a franchise of Scooters Coffee is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer?focused individuals to join our team as Part?Time Baristas. If you enjoy creating great experiences, thrive in a fast?paced environment, and want to be part of a positive, supportive team, this role is a great fit.
Part?time team members work 16-29 hours per week, with weekends and holidays required to support business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Greet customers, take orders, and prepare beverages and treats according to brand standards
  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized store environment
  • Follow all food handling and safety procedures
  • Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the Store Manager
  • Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings and seasonal items
  • Complete required online training modules
  • Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

As a Barista, you'll craft a variety of hot and cold beverages, serve guests with speed and positivity, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store. You'll work as part of a fun, supportive team that values great service, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
