Job Description

You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
● Deliveries: Deliver hot, fresh Two Sisters Pizza menu items to customers safely and efficiently using a company-provided e-bike.
● Safety: Follow all traffic rules and safely handle the e-bike at all times.
● In-Store Support: Assist in-store between deliveries (prepping orders, cleaning, stocking, answering phones, etc.).
Compensation & Rewards
● Earning Potential: Our e-bikers earn a competitive hourly base wage of $12.77.
● Daily Pay: You will be paid daily from your earned tips. That is money in your pocket every night!

Qualifications

Successful applicants must possess the following:
● Valid U.S. employment authorization that allows you to work in the United States of America.

● Able to respond to customer concerns.
● Must be able to follow all Team Sharma Two Sisters Pizza Policies.
● Must be able to work together as a team.
● Must understand that all store calls must be answered after the first ring.
● Must be at least 18 years of age.
● Must be comfortable riding an e-bike in various weather conditions (including rain, snow, or heat).
● Must be a dependable, punctual, and safe cyclist.
● During downtime, you are required to sweep, mop, clean up, do dishes, and find cleaning activities to help the store.
Physical Requirements
This role requires physical activity, including but not limited to the following:
● Riding: Physically capable of riding an e-bike for extended periods.
● Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs, including pizzas, beverages, and supplies.
● General Store Work: Standing, walking, reaching, bending, and crouching as needed to assist in daily store operations.
● Equipment Used: Pencils/pens, computers, telephones, pizza cutter, and pizza peel
