About Integrated Psych Solutions (IPS)

About the Role

IPS is seeking a Psychometrist to support psychological and neuropsychological testing across both inpatient and outpatient settings in the Augusta market. This role offers flexibility for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules and involves both in-office and remote testing. You will support psychologists in the administration, scoring, and documentation of assessments for patients in trauma, neurology, behavioral health, and general medicine units.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and score standardized cognitive and psychological assessments including:
    • WAIS-IV, WISC-V
    • MMPI-3, MCMI-IV, PAI
    • TOVA and other computerized measures
    • ADOS
  • Observe and document patient behavior and test-taking strategies
  • Write up test results and assist in producing integrated psychological reports
  • Complete clinical record reviews and contribute findings to case formulations
  • Apply DSM-IV-TR and DSM-5 criteria to assist in diagnostic clarification under supervision
  • Coordinate testing logistics with psychologists and clinical teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the EHR
  • Maintain test security and adhere to HIPAA and ethical testing standards

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field required; Master's preferred
  • Experience in psychological testing or behavioral health strongly preferred
  • Training in DSM-IV-TR and DSM-5 diagnostic frameworks
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable with EHR platforms and Google Workspace
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Availability for at least one consistent day per week for PRN candidates
