PART-TIME SHOP & EQUIPMENT MANAGER
Magnolia Green | Meridian, MS

ABOUT THE POSITION

Magnolia Green is hiring a dependable, organized person to keep our shop, yard, vehicles, tools, and equipment clean, organized, maintained, and ready for work.

This is a part-time position with approximately 20–30 hours per week during peak season.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Organize and maintain the shop and yard
  • Inspect and perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment
  • Repair small engines, zero-turn mowers, tools, and other equipment
  • Keep tools and equipment clean and properly stored
  • Track supplies and place orders
  • Pick up parts and run company errands
  • Assist with welding and mechanical work when needed
  • Help ensure equipment is ready for crews each day

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Dependable, honest, organized, and on time
  • Comfortable working with tools, machinery, vehicles, and equipment
  • Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks
  • Willing to learn and assist wherever needed
  • Mechanical or small-engine repair experience is preferred
  • Zero-turn mower repair experience is preferred
  • Welding experience is a plus
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
